For this reason, it was suggested to me a year ago to stop using a subtle smiling shot as my default phot and switch to a full on body shot. I thought it was too blatant, even with no cleavage and no bare legs. But as it turns out it made a huge difference, especially to someone like me who is attracted to men who are fit. Perhaps the OPs friend needs to put up a better profile pic that really showcases her assets.
